ID	IOP=0: Node ID pseudo-rotation vector is redefined automatically when pseudo-rotation vector's norm becomes large IOP=1: Pseudo-rotation vectors of all the nodes of the group are redefined automatically when pseudo-rotation vector's norm becomes large.
IOP	Flag to determine if the first parameter is a node or a group number
