Handling model components

This topic details how to handle your model components in the Model Browser. The following items are covered:

• Creating groups of model components: Model components listed in the Model folder of the Model Browser can be arranged into groups of components. Using groups of model components allows easier handling of components included in the group, as they can be all duplicated or included in analyses at once.

• Ordering the model components in the Model Browser: Model components listed in the Model folder of the Model Browser can be re-ordered as you wish. This allows getting the model components sorted at your preference.

• Importing/exporting model components from/to other models: Model components and types can be exported into other model files through the Import/Export tool. This allows creating libraries of model components or model properties that may be easily shared.

• Duplicating model components: Model components and types listed in the Model Browser can be easily duplicated using the copy/paste feature. This feature allows multiple copies to be made at a time.

• Duplicating Analysis Sets: Analyses and Analysis Sets can be easily duplicated using the copy/paste feature.
