DeepLines features a graphical user interface (GUI) which is presented in detail in this Section.

An overview of the main windows is presented first. Then the main components of a typical model are detailed, and the basic principles used to build or modify any model or components are discussed as well. This Section then provides information on how to define and run the analyses associated with your model, and finally details how to post-process the results.
