Data format:

A single line with 2+(Number of blades of the turbine) values

ID_TURBINE TIME TIME_BL_1 ... TIME_BL_N

Purpose :

To start and stop picth control on turbines blades

Details :

Parameter	Description
ID_TURBINE	Turbine identification number
TIME	Time (s) to start the pitch controller on all blades (pitch is constant before this time)
TIME_BL_1	Time (s) to stop controlling the first blade, the pitch stays constant at the value reaches at TIME_BL_1. Taken into acoount only if >0
