Group must be defined.
Purpose :
To group several groups of elements in a structure. If the groups are not connected to each other, automatic connections are created through the nodes located at the same position

Note
If the parameter IGR1 is equal to:
- 1 : the structure contains all RISER and SURFACE groups
- 0 : the structure contains all *RISER groups
