Optional (dynamics)

Purpose :

To assign a motion to a node in one direction :

\[ x = AMPX \cos(\frac{2\pi}{PERX}t + PHIX) \]

Details :

Parameter Description
IMOU Identification number of the node with prescribed motion (must have been previously defined)
IDIR Index for the direction of the applied motion :
1 - X translation 4 - X rotation
2 - Y translation 5 - Y rotation
3 - Z translation 6 - Z rotation
AMP Amplitude of the motion
PER Period of the motion
PHI Phase angle with respect to the wave (degrees)

Note

During the first period this expression is multiplied by a factor t/PERX in order to provide a progressive application of the prescribed sinusoidal motion.
