Restriction :

To define a ramp time on wind velocity for wind defined by a file (hub height .HH and turbulent wind file .wnd)

Purpose :

To define a ramptime on the wind velocity for the aerodynamic module.

Details :

Parameter	Description
RAW	Ramptime (s) : wind is increased from 0 to full value between 0 seconds and RAW seconds
RCST	Defaults to 0. If RCSTis non zero,a constant wind is imposed over the first RCST seconds of the simulation. It can be used in combination with the first parameter (RAW) to have a steady linearly increasing velocity.
VWIND	The wind velocity in m/s
DIRWIND	The wind direction expressed in degrees with respect to the DeepLines global coordinates system.
ISTA	ISTA = 0 by default ISTA = 1 : if ISTA is 1, then RAW must be 0 and RCST must be greater than 0. In that case, the wind velocity defined by VWIND and DIRWIND is applied in the static analysis multiplied by a linearly increasing factor going from 0 at step 0 to 1 at the maximum static step. If there is only step 0 in the static analysis, the wind velocity is applied without multiplication factor
