A node must have been previously defined

Purpose :

To change the degrees of freedom of a node during quasi-static calculations.

Parameter	Description
STEPQCDC	step at which the degrees of freedom f the nodes are changed
NODEQCDC	node number
DDLQCDC	new 6 degrees of freedom of the node
NM	Master node to which NODEC will be slaved (used with *slave)
