To define pulley elements 3 nodes element (3 dof by nodes)

Restrictions :

The nodes j1, j2 and j3 must have been previously defined

Details :

Parameter	Description
NEL	identification number of the element
J1	origin node of the element
J2	central node of the element
J3	end node of the element
IPRO	index in the table of elementary mechanical and geometrical properties (previously defined by keyword *PULLEYPRO)

Example :

The element 5 is a pulley going from node 11 to node 13 with mechanical properties given by the index 2 of *PULLEYPRO
