Purpose :

To define pitch control on the blades of a turbine

Details :

Parameter Description
INOD Node of the low shaft linked to the drive train.
ITYP type of control : 0 force; 1 :displacement
ID Identification number of the wind turbine component
minPitch Minimum pitch angle (rad)
maxPitch Maximum pitch angle (rad)
minPichRate Minimum pitching velocity (rad.s-1)
maxPitchRate Maximum pitching velocity (rad.s-1)
initialPitch Initial pitch (rad). This value is added to the structural twist and not provided to the controller.
timeOverride Time for manoeuver (s)
timeEndManeuver Time for the end of manoeuver (s)
pitchEndManeuver Pitch at the end of manoeuver ()
pitchCntrl 0=collective 1=individual
pitchType 0=position 1=rate
iopitch if a static pitch is defined on the same node (see YAWSTAT) : iopitch = 0, the static pitch is added to the pitch value provided to the controller iopitch = 1, the static pitch is not added to the pitch value provided to the controller
