Data format:

A single line with 4 values followed by an arbitrary number of lines with 5 values

Purpose :

To define current and wave function of position

Restriction :

The environment is used to find hydrodynamic forces on elements only, not on floaters.

Details :

Parameter	Description
THET	direction from Ox
(X1,Y1,Z1)	reference node of the line
Li	Length of Block i along the line of reference
DEPi	Depth in Block i
UCi	current velocity in Block i
ANGi	Current direction in Block i
NSPi	: Wave spectrum to be used in Block I (spectrum previously defined)

Definition a of horizontal line in the global frame by a position and a direction with respect to global X-axis. The line defines block (perpendicular to the line) in the 3D space. If a point in the space projected onto the line is not between S1 and Sn, it sees neither current nor wave. All quantities are constant in a given Block.
