Data format:

A single line with 4 values Followed by an arbitrary number of lines with 8 values:

Purpose : To define current and wave function of position

Restriction :

Only for regular wave environment. The environment is used to find hydrodynamic forces on elements only, not on floaters.

DEPi	Depth at Si
UCi	current velocity at Si
ANGi	Current direction at Si
AMPHi	Wave amplitude at Si
PERi :	Wave Period at Si
ANGWi	Wave direction at Si

Definition a of horizontal line in the global frame by a position and a direction with respect to global X-axis. The line defines block (perpendicular to the line) in the 3D space. If a point in the space projected onto the line is not between S1 and Sn, it sees neither current nor wave. Otherwise, all quantities are linearly interpolated.
