Purpose :
To define a mooring line as a set of elements
Details :

| NUMOOR | Identification number of the mooringline The same number must not be used for another set of elements (mooring line or riser) |
| IEL(i) | Identification numbers of the elements defining the riser NUMOOR. Must have been previously defined |
Notes : Required to take into account a wake effect for contact between lines
