Purpose :

To inactivate an element function of the its tension.

Details :

Parameter	Description
IEL	Element number
TEN	Tension above which the element is inactivated (used only if PER=0 and ISTEP=0)
PER	ratio of the breaking load above which the element is inactivated. The breaking load must be defined. (used only ISTEP=0)
ISTEP	static step at which the element is inactivated
