Data format:

An arbitrary number of lines comprising 1 to 20 values (use & to read next line if more than 19 elements)

NUMGRP IEL_1 ... IEL_N

Status : optional

Purpose : Defines a group of elements. Elements may belong to several groups

Details :

Parameter	Description
NUMGRP	Identification number of the group - The same number must not be used for another set of elements (mooring line or riser)
IEL_1 ... IEL_N	Identification numbers of the elements defining the riser NUMGRP. Must have been previously defined

Notes : One element may belong to several groups.
