Data format:
One line with three parameters optionally followed by a number of NB lines (NB defined on the first data card and can be zero), as follows:
A HEAD NB
A(1) T(1)
A(2) T(2)
...
A(NB) T(NB)
Status :
Required for frequency domain analysis with regular waves.
Purpose :
To define regular wave components (wave amplitudes and periods) for frequency domain analyses.
Details :

| A | Wave amplitude (half height) in meter. A = 0 if NB is different from 0 |
| HEAD | Wave heading in degrees |
| NB | Number of regular wave components. NB = 0 if only one wave component |

| A(I) | Wave amplitude (single amplitude) in meter of the ith wave component |
| T(I) | Wave period in seconds of the ith wave component |
