Restriction :

A floater must be previously defined (for dynamic analysis only)

Purpose :

To adapt the filtering of the floater yaw or position to evaluate wave loads (from HDB file)

Details :

Floater_name is the name of a floater in the analysis defined by a *FPFDX keyword

Parameter	Description
PER	Cut-off frequency for the low pass filter(s) - default is 60s
FILY	Option for filtering in yaw (used to compute the direction ) = 0 : Filtering = 1 : No Filtering, instantaneous value is used = 2 value at the end of static used
FILP	Option for filtering in position (used to compute the phase of the hydrodynamic loads) = 0 : Filtering = 1 : No Filtering, instantaneous value is used = 2 value at the end of static used
