Data format:
One line with 1 parameter followed by a maximum of 144 lines with 2 parameters each, as follows:

Status:
Optional.
Restriction:
A windturbine must be previously defined.
Purpose:
To initialize the exchange table (500 parameters possible) between turbine and its controller
