Restriction:
An element property must be previously defined.
Purpose:
To define hydrodynamic coefficients (drag, added mass and inertia) function of the direction of the fluid-structure velocity along an element axis. This allows setting different hydrodynamic coefficients function of the direction of the relative axial fluid velocity with respect to the orientation of the line. Positive direction is from End1 towards End2 where End1 and Enad2 are the first and last node of the element respectively
