Restriction :

A table must have been previously defined. Does not apply to steady wind profiles (reserved for wind defined with hub height (.hh) or full field wind files (wnd, .bts)

Purpose :

To define a change of wind direction during a dynamic simulation

Details :

Parameter	Description
IDTA	ID number of a table defined by *TABLEMCOL

The table must have two columns, the first column provides the time (s) in increasing order, the second column provides the angle (in degrees) of the wind with respect to wind reference direction.
