Purpose :

To test the influence of the added mass and radiation damping matrices (from HDB file)

Details :

Floater_name is the name of a floater in the analysis defined by a *FPFDX keyword

Parameter	Description
IOP	Option of added mass and radiation damping = 1: Only the positive terms of the matrices are kept, the negative terms are considered equal to 0 = 2: The matrices are forced to be symetric ( (i,j) component equal to the average of (i,j) and (j,i) terms ) = 3: Only diagonal terms are kept = 4: Symetric matrix (as in option 2) then only keep positive terms = 5: Only positive diagonal terms are kept
